HYSEA to host 33rd annual summit showcasing AI-led transformation
Over 1,200 tech leaders to attend the meeting

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association (HYSEA) will host the 33rd edition of its Annual Summit & Awards 2026 on March 5 at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), Novotel, here, bringing together leaders from the technology industry, startups, global capability centres (GCCs) and research institutions to deliberate on the future of intelligent technologies.
The event, organised in partnership with the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) and the Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Department, Government of Telangana, will revolve around the theme “Intelligence Everywhere: Leading the New Era of Transformation.”
The summit will feature a technology conference, a startup and product expo, and the annual industry awards ceremony. Over 1,200 delegates, including more than 100 senior IT industry leaders, are expected to participate in the day-long event.
A. Revanth Reddy, Chief Minister of Telangana, and D. Sridhar Babu, Minister for IT and Industries, have been invited to grace the occasion. The awards ceremony will recognise companies and startups for achievements in exports, productivity, product innovation, employment generation and advancement of women in the workforce.
The summit will also present the HYSEA Lifetime Achievement Award, honouring individuals who have made exceptional contributions to industry, academia and society.
A diverse lineup of global and national speakers will address the gathering, including Laura Williams, Ganesh Ramamoorthy, Rajesh Varrier, Krishna Ella and Rajesh Dhuddu, among others.
Speaking at the curtain raiser event, HYSEA President Prashanth Nandella said Hyderabad’s technology ecosystem has consistently evolved with global technological shifts and is now entering a phase where intelligence is embedded across enterprise systems, products and operations.
He noted that the summit will focus on how the city can transition from being primarily a global delivery hub to becoming a creator of globally relevant technology and innovation.
The programme will include keynote sessions, practitioner-led discussions and focused conversations on enterprise transformation through artificial intelligence, the evolution of software systems and the rise of agent-driven technologies. The event will also host AI masterclasses aimed at helping developers and technology practitioners build real-world AI solutions.
HYSEA will also unveil a coffee table book titled “Making IT Happen,” documenting the evolution of Hyderabad’s IT industry and its role in shaping India’s technology landscape.
Ahead of the summit, HYSEA will organise a CXO research roundtable titled “Lab to Market: Making Hyderabad India’s Deeptech Capital,” aimed at strengthening collaboration between industry and academia.
Meanwhile, HYSEA Vice President Bipin Pendyala said the HYSEA 10x Product Awards attracted 294 nominations, including 272 startups and 32 established companies. After two rounds of evaluation by a 50-member jury, 40 finalists have been shortlisted and will showcase their solutions at the expo during the summit.
According to organisers, the finalists reflect a maturing startup ecosystem, with 36 per cent having raised venture funding and 12 per cent crossing $1 million in annual recurring revenue, underscoring Hyderabad’s growing strength in enterprise technology innovation.
